Hello all on this forum.
My name is Justin. I do not speak Flemish or Dutch so please forgive me. I hope this is how messages are posted?
I know nothing about Flandria motorcycles but I have purchased a Daytona or Imola engine that I hope to build a racing bike from. Any information about these models would be much appreciated.

Hi Justin, welcome on our forum. Before I go into your question about the engine I'ld like to know you got interested in purchasing that engine since you didn't know anything about Flandria? Would be interesting to see some pictures so we can determine which one it actually is, unless I misunderstood and it's actually a complete moped that you bought and not just the engine?

In fact, there's not really any such thing as a determined Daytona or Imola-engine. Flandria made several types of engines and they put those into any other frame they made and every model was given it's own name according to what features the frame carried or what kind of engine was built in.

As soon as you can post some pictures, we can discuss more. Wink
